(vc-hg-diff): Add support for comparing different revisions.
(vc-hg-diff, vc-hg-annotate-command, vc-hg-annotate-time)
(vc-hg-annotate-extract-revision-at-line)
(vc-hg-previous-version, vc-hg-checkin): New functions.
(vc-hg-annotate-re): New constant.
